It's not even because of the meta overcentralization for me. It lacks urgency and flavor in game. There's no reason to not mega evolve them immediately in battle, no risk and no stategic element in the slightest. They're functionally just broken crossgens with a shitty animation at the begining.
Dynamax was handled much better albeit a bit too overpowered but it had a sense of strategy and urgency to it and it was inaccesible for most battles.

These are actually connected. One gimmick is bad but not as bad as two which isn't as bad as three and so on. Mega Evolution is the best because I would rather have just one burst mechanic if I can't have 0.

I'm all okay with the boost the gimmicks give BUT,imagine if..instead of cringe-tier hats,we got something like different crystal golems forms for each type,in wich the pokemon from within, can use to attack.

Z-moves are objectively the best. Available for all pokemon and not completely broken like Dynamax or Terra. People don't like them because it's not a super duper cool edgy new form for their favourite shillmon, but just an attack that has a flashy animation and people can't get attacked to an attack animation.
