Doesn't this get Aerial Ace in the Gen 3 games? iirc all people used it for back then was baton passing. i'm sure that's still all they use it for, but still

I don't get your complaint. The point of TMs was that you need to choose where to allocate them. If you don't want to use it on Ninjask then too bad.
