Ash is the anime version of Red. GSC Ethan appeared in the Raikou chronicles episodes and cameo’s in the Lance vs Diantha episode of Journeys. HGSS Ethan also appears in the beginning of the Zoroark movie where his Donphan loses to Ash’s Pikachu. Brendan appeared in the beginning of one of the advanced movies, and Lucas appeared in the beginning of the Giratina movie battling Brendan.
