With all the million flaws it has, Ive still had a pretty good time. I enjoyed the gym leaders and being able to do them in any order. Theres 3 different stories you need to do before you get access to the paradox pokemon area and to officially beat the game. The game is pretty long and has a respectable story. Your ride pokemon is awesome to explore on and defeating boss pokemon helps you upgrade it to fly, swim, jump etc.
My biggest complaints are 1. cant pick up eggs and hatch them at the same time 2. There are areas where the game drops to like 2fps and you think youre neo from the matrix 3. Theres no GTS so you cant put something up for trade or search for a pokemon you want to trade. 4. Still no Home support despite being late Spring 5. The pop in for pokemon can be so bad that you dont even see them before you actually run into them and some are tiny so cant even squint your eyes to see 6. Some pokemon are aggressive and will surround you while youre battling so when the battle is over youll already be in another battle, 1 time i got stuck in the water and i had 11 encounters in a row without being able to move inch (veluza, gyarados, barraskewda, floatzel all wanted to battle at the same time)
Dont pay full price because it aint worth it but its fun for like 30 bucks
