You can still view the description in-game in the PC, it's just not obtainable. The same is true of SWSH and BDSP

My wish was that 7 star raids were against Megas, no turn 0 antics just Megas with SV raid mechanics. You can't Mega evolve yourself in-game but you can check in the PC what do the Mega's ability do
