Has anyone here had experience with 3DS Pokemon carts just suddenly dying? Does anyone know what games it specifically affects and why?

europe/pal copies from what I've heard, supposedly bank still works though so as long as pokemon aren't in your party you can supposedly retrieve them so as a safety measure I deposit any important ones in boxes befores switching the game off.

Yeah, mostly hear this problem happening in PAL copies of ORAS. I didn’t play my USA Alpha Sapphire for 5 years, and when I did again, it was just like it always was.
