while the additional 100 should be worked around gen2 and its Beta designs , it should mostly contain yokai / kaiju / japanese fauna (that also populate Steel, Dark, Fairy) or like Gold Silver , have an excuse for the extra mons not being included in the Kanto games ( creatures you find at night, while diving, in deeper caves, or babies / complex evolution methods )
