As for Emerald, he's a midget so he walks around with extendo-limb prosthetics. He has a prototype replica of the Red and Blue Orbs intended to control Rayquaza embedded on his forehead, he's a genius at battling but hates Pokemon and other people, and likes to pee on other people from high up. Also, he has a miniature catapult pistol that fires dirt at Pokemon. Using his empath powers he can sense what type of dirt a Pokemon likes, and when he flings said dirt at them they will calm down.
