Why was this board so much more active (I think?), better and more varied during the XY time and living up to it? I remember there being way more threads for people actually playing the games from trading to battling to genning to just general discussions about whatever. I don't even think XY are great and prefer SV over them even but it's been kind of sad to see this board degrade over time, but I also don't get why the XY era specifically was it's peak.
