The only acceptable successor to the ashnime would be a series starring Alain, just as was going to originally happen.

The Masters Tournament would have given him the perfect window for improvement that a series needs. He mains Charizard for crying out loud. This would have been perfect.

TPI messed up. We will not support the new Pokemon anime but there were alternatives (like an Alain-led series) we would have 100% rallied behind and supported.
