You're gonna fuck up and get discouraged, many times. But take the time to educate yourself on proper form, have convos with people who know what theyre talkng about, eat like a bodybuilder, etc. There's a lot of free resources out there, but it can be confusing because there's also a lot of people spouting bullshit, so you need to use your best judgment and see what works for you.
It's a lifestyle change, but the benefits of it are completely worth it. If you gain the soul of a baramon, you will become a baramon yourself one day. Simple as that.
