Which is ESPECIALLY bad for a card shop that makes its money by cultivating a local community of players. As a result, this particular card shop had to put a temporary ban on adults (scalpers) buying the cards so the kids could get first crack at the new set.
Although I'm sure any Big Friends (the Japanese term for adults who engage in children's hobbies) who've been a regular at the store for a while can still buy cards, since the owner knows they're not scalping.
