ILCA hasn't patched BDSP for over a year, despite outstanding bugs and issues.
They already allowed for multiple movesets with their BDSP compatibility patch nearly a year ago.
Nothing is making it take this long, other than Game Freak enforcing artificial scarcity, and using Home to break up the giant wait for the actual DLC
