>>53743723>>53743757I’m sure this won’t be surprising to hear but new generations of kids have been getting ridiculously difficult to handle for teachers for reasons I’m sure you know, and unlike the old days, teachers literally cannot do Jack fucking shit to punish students aside from call their parents, who are usually the ones enabling the behaviour to begin with. This has lead to some schools investing in teacher's assistants, usually someone younger and more capable of handling today’s “rowdy” youth, which would be me. It’s not a permanent job or anything though, and not every class has one
since they can’t afford it after needing to cover the property damages and thieving the kids do
