I wanted to swing by and post some very healthy advice since I was realizing this myself in the past few months with things like CS2, Pokemon updates, and general updates and releases for other games.
Hype trains for indeterminate time releases are not worth boarding. Save your excitement for when we have something concrete, because you are going to be distracting yourself from things that actually matter. Go spend time doing something worthwhile, and pleasantly reward yourself when things are out proper.
