Yanmega, Weavile, Porygon Z, Gliscor, Leafeon, Glaceon, Tangrowth, Electivire, Mamoswine, Togekiss, Mismagius, Gallade, frosslass, dusknoir and Magnezone are all based though. The only shitty ones I can think of are Magmortor, Rhyperior, Probopass, and Lickiliky...and their prevo designs were all shit anyway. Except Rhydon I guess.

So then by that logic Gen 5 has the best level curve since overleveling your starter is the hardest in that game, and can be made even harder under specific conditions that range from trivial to mildly inconvenient. By that same metric XY is arguably the worst since it has the most options to overlevel not just your starter but a whole party, but at least when you don't go out of your way to do so it's almost on par with Gen 1-4 (just don't catch any Pokemon). If not, I'd like you to prove how XY's level curve is worse than BW's I've seen your BW sceenshots so you're clearly capable of playing video games and taking screenshots.

Gens 7-9 have the best level curve since even if you exclusively used the starter the final boss is generally on par with your level. People lie to themselves that the old games have good level curves by intentionally playing poorly.
