>>53779940I live around 1 hour away from my job, it's a 12 hour night shift.
I finish at 7, I arrive home at 8. I eat something for breakfast, and in a good mood I reach my bed at 08:30. I sleep all the way to 13:00, and supposedly I have time all the way to 17:25.
But here's the catch: I work Security, and these days my shifts had to be almost daily. The company got a new place to secure, so people were reassigned. Some stayed, some went away.
My days off were put "on hold" until a new guy comes or a free spot opens, so I've working 12 hours these weeks, and my sleeping schedule went to Hell. One day I arrive to my bed around 09:00, and I slept all the way to 16:50.
Training requires a bit of a routine, and nowadays I can't have it. Plus, since now I'm short on time, laundry has been an issue as well. It will only get worst if I add sport clothes to the pile.
>You can lift to keep in shapeProblem is, I don't need to be in shape. I need to lower my weight. While I have been keeping a healthy diet, I know it won't work much unless I start running and training. But like I said before, my schedule has been chaotic. Either I hope this calms down in the future, or I will have to search new alternatives for a more regular schedule (can't complain about the money, but I've been working more, and not enjoying the spoils at all.)
