I know Magcargo is a huge fucking meme and will never not be, but an evolution could make it usable. Hell, it, Sunflora, and Xatu are all second stage Gen 2 mons that could use it.

funny thing is that I always thought torkoal was going to be magcargo's evolution. and because this was when gen 3 released, it made sense, but it didn't happen.
