>>53776234PLA is the Pokémon game of all time:
242 Pokémon.
No trading required.
Handful of optional Pokémon always available via save data of other games, even 10 years from now when the Switch store will be long dead.
Free “daybreak” DLC that isn’t essential to making the game feel complete, but was certainly a welcome extra.
Some of the best single player battles of all time.
Pokémon don’t automatically evolve, so great for runs with pre-evolutions (no more mashing B).
Lengthy list of side quests.
Village and NPCs grow with your growth.
Pokémon have unique sizes with clearly stated height on the state screen.
Eevee available from the start of the game with a little effort.
Best ride Pokémon in the series.
Player character has emotions and can choose dialogue.
Great music.
Can re-challenge most boss fights.
Lopsided fights (1v2, 1v3, 6v8)
Best shiny mechanic.
Best catching mechanic.
You can feed/lure/use stealth.
Wild Pokémon can attack you.
Clothing is customizable with only a few sets locked behind DLC.
First person view available.
HUD can be turned on and off for great screenshots.
Dodge-rolling and running exist.
Auto target is optional and can be used as needed or not used for more of a challenge.
Most areas within a section can be accessed immediately with enough willpower.
Glitches are fun and don’t break the game.
Pokémon can get big and mad.
Mass outbreaks.
Good lore.
I could go on and on, but PLA, taken as a whole, is the best single player Pokémon experience ever done, and I’ve been playing since generation one. It is in a league set apart from the others.
