Quad resists Body Slam, Hyper Beam, and Explosion, resists Psychic and Blizzard, utterly laughs off Earthquake with gen 1 EV spreads, has Thunder Wave, Rock Slide, and buckets of random coverage. Its Special wouldn't be quite as dogshit as Rhydon so it can even use the special moves to a limited extent.
It basically only fears Water, and strong neutral special attacks like fukkin Zapdos or Moltres, who are scared shitless of Thunder Wave or Rock Slide. Victribel or Jolteon would probably become more common as answers to it, since I'm not sure Aggron would have room to consistently run EQ for Jolteon.
Dunno what Steel moves would be considered ported, but basically irrelevant since Surf or Blizzard fucks up Rhydon and Golem anyways, and Rock Slide bullies Articuno and Jynx.
Gen 1 Aggron would eat well.
Less good if it didn't have Steel, it probably wouldn't be ranked in OU, but would have one of those "Could run instead of Rhydon or Gengar" type niches, and would bully the big 3 if run.
Potentially landscape shifting and might even shake up the big 3, since special moves become more valuable just by it existing, and running moves on the big 3 just to deal with it means they have to accept being shitty at thing they're normally good at. Starting is basically the only thing already in Ubers that really wants to fuck with it, and it hates being paralyzed by T-wave.
Would at least push Exeggutor back up into the big four, if not forcing one of them out.
