First time visiting /vp/ in a while. I'm glad to see that the love for Gen 2 and their remakes are starting to make a comeback.

I always thought the seething hatred was completely over-exaggerated and relied entirely on buzzwords like 'level curve' and 'shitmon'.

I think we're starting to see younger people now realising that e-celebs/YouTubers are not any kind of authority on the merits of each game in the series.

It's good to be back bros. I look forward to more Gen 2 soul threads.
