Anyone in the top tier is someone I associate with being young and naive, outright dumb, or else associated with sleep so heavily that they wouldn't be able to resist if they tried. Age and experience plays a fairly significant role in how I judge characters, the less experience they have, the worse they'll do against hypnosis. Mina has a sort of always tired, go with the flow thing going on, so she's up there too.
Easily hypnotized would put up slightly more resistance, they're mostly young and naive, or else older characters who I think would be more easily swayed due to their passive nature like Wicke or Drasna. Insecure characters like Roxie, Flannery, and Olivia also find their way here.
Fairly resistant is just the middle ground, across the board I find these girls to have average willpower. Nothing about these girls stood out to me enough to put them in a more definitive tier, and I feel like an argument could be made for a lot of them going up or down a tier.
Difficult to drop has characters with strong willpower, anyone who displays a level of intelligence, strength, or determination above the expected average goes here. Liza seems like an outlier here because of her young age, but since she's a psychic type master for her age, I gave her this spot.
Nearly impossible I gave to extremly dominant women. Lusamine almost made it in here, but considering she was manipulated by Nihilego, I bumped her down a tier. Psychic and dark masters are easy picks for resisting hypnosis. Valerie I feel like would be impossible to get inside her head at all. The rest are characters I find to have their feet planted firmly on the ground, and who are all around difficult to sway.
