Probably just because it's assuming you bought the Online pass and therefore you can just go into a Great Tusk raid if you're a Violet player or an Iron Treads raid if you're a Scarlet player to make completing your dex easier.

Why would I need/want a raid to get a pokemon I can easily go catch in the zero zone?
It's not even like you can get the opposite version for people that don't have a friend or second console with the opposite version.

He referenced 19 yes but we don't know what it means. If it's a 19th of an month, people assuming it's May 19 when the fact it can aso be JUNE 19 as well. June 19 makes more sense due to 4 more weeks of starter raids of what's left and Spring officially ends in June 21, so that will still count before deadline
