it's speedy but falls off lategame ingame. attack power just isn't enough and its movepool is average. I also never really liked its mouth

I did when Diamond/Pearl came out. It helped that Crobat finally had a viable STAB movepool and that Bite/Crunch was physical now.

I used it later in a Crystal playthrough, it was OK but was limited by the lack of what I mentioned above.

Honestly Crobat is my go-to in a lot of games. Every time I decide to raise a Zubat, it ends up being the star of my team once it's a Crobat.

I used a crobat in USUM and Xenoverse, loved the speed, but it didn't really make it to the endgame in Xeno, which is why I didn't even try it in PLA.

Used one in USUM, it was alright. I've had it on my team several other times but it gets cucked out of its position by other Pokemon it shares typing with.
Planning to use it when I get around to playing White 2, Acrobatics seems fun on it.

But as much as I love using Crobat, he ranges from dogshit to okay in gen 2, RS/FRLG, and gen 4.

Which requires you to breed one using a much better pokemon, Staraptor.
