Should I use Heracross or Scizor in HGSS? Torn between the two and have never used either.

since you're playing HGSS, Scizor will carry you through the entire game if you get one with Technician and Bullet Punch, maybe slap a band on it too
Heracross is also great but Scizor is more broken

Pass on scizor it makes for a boring run. 90% of the time it's OP and just destroys everythign, and of course the 10% of the time you are fighting boss fire pokemon scizor just becomes dead weight.

Heracross is way better.

Seriously, what's up with these answers?
competitive trained/recent gens/showdown and HGSS campaign mode are not the same
if anything Heracross can be as strong as if not stronger for in game
