What happens when there's a minor drought and water stops flowing? Are the towns folk just fucked now because the towns elevators were all water powered? If water stops flowing while you're on one of the lifts, does the lift just fall back down and you die?

Awful to navigate, the elevator cutscene takes so long that its better to just climb with your raidon. Best thing about it is the clothes shop I guess, fucked up and pathetic that due to no interiors and lackluster exteriors, Kofu's shop is extremely easy to miss and leaves no impression despite that being his entire deal.

Decent on paper, poor execution. The rampant sandstorms from the nearby desert tank performance and there isn't much to do in town besides spend your money. Also those elevator loading zones are annoying.
