That wouldnt even work, considering the pokemon you transfer to Bank from the 3ds VC versions will have randomly generated IVs (since the old DV system isnt used anymore, which would also mean that trading pokemon "back" to stadium would randomly generate them again), meaning you wouldnt even really use "your own pokemon", but a randomly generated Pokemon of the same species that happens to have the same moveset, which defeats the purpose of training your pokemon in the first place
