As I said in my above reply, I'm not some armchair idea autist, I'm a one man team and I've been making little projects longer than most of you have been old enough to post on here. I'm not trying to make Pokemon Sage or even an RPG at all, which you would realize if you weren't dying to trauma dump your sob story about how you've never had the drive to work on a game. Spare me the theatrics. The flytrap is just a sprite I doodled up out of boredom like 3 years ago at this point lol, I chose it as my attachment cause it's Gen 2 inspired, I didn't realize it would lead to such a psychoanalysis. Glad you think it's nice though, maybe I'll repurpose it into an enemy or something :) you're thinking too deep, all I did was ask if people would be interested in a platformer that's inspired by Gen 2, they said yes, that's all.
