Fossil pokemon are created by 3D printers in the Gonjo Region. They're funded by Isural Region elites who don't want you to know that Arceus made every real pokemon including Mew. You can tell they're fakes because the earliest versions were just armless Charizard, a weird Scyther, and Octillery with Magcargo shell but they started getting craftier to make it harder to determine what they use as bases.
