Fix it by deleting it. Ursaring was fine as it was. This thing ruins the symmetry the line has with Phanpy and Donphan and retroactively puts Ursaring on the same level as something like Flaaffy or Skiploom.
...I wonder if this is how boomers feel about 'mons like Mamoswine or Gliscor.
