When given the opprotunity to make this desicion to ban the move ahead of time, the objection to that was that we didn't have evidence it was the move and not the pokemon, we needed more experience with other Pokemon to decide. That means Basculegion would have to be released, tested, and then voted on. The motion to ban Last Respects based on that afformentioned logic is immature. You either need to admit fault with the first statement or come off a retarded hypocrit to enact this.
