May is heavier, wider hips, bigger tits = more health and tankiness

Misty has that wirey scrawniness for greater speed and evasion

On fitness, both walk or bike everywhere but Misty swims far more often is more in shape

Personality wise May is less combat ready being kind of an airhead ditz but that could make her tougher, Misty has aggressive redhead fire in her veins you can see her starting the fight

misty grew up in the slums of cerulean city and had 3 sisters who all hate her, likely beating her up as a kid. she needed water types to comfort her because water is a great defensive typing. her violence is canon and portrayed in the anime. whereas may was coddled in a silent, four-house neighborhood and never let out further until she became a pokemon trainer. it wont even be a fight, just a beatdown.
