>>53858124>>538581240: IGNORE THE DRAMA. Trust me when I say that the ingame chat is a lot calmer than these threads. Also, ignore the demoralizerfags and other people whining before the gen starts They're faggots.
1: Get a flying mount. The controls in this version are shit (who the fuck greenlit horse jumping mechanics for flymons?), but they're still good for crossing oceans or hazardous terrain. I suggest one of the following because they're both reasonably easy to acquire, and good in battle without needing any rare items like mega stones, or TMs:
>Talonflame>Skarmory>Corviknight>StaraptorNot an exhaustive list - just find something flying that you can throw pokeballs at and catch. You can then EV train it or try and find another flymon with the species, IVs, and nature you like if it doesn't already meet all those criteria.
2: Dynamax raids are somewhat easy - get a pokemon that's appropriately leveled with a SE move (STAB-boosted if possible), and hit the boss until it dies. Don't bother with boosting, any raids that take long enough to be worth the cost in setup turns will also have the boss using a cheat to neutralize your stat boosts.
For appropriate levels to solo a raid, I'd recommend the following as lower estimates, your mileage will vary based on whether your pokemon is EV trained, its moves/ability, and whether or not the AI can bring appropriate pokemon with useful moves:
1 star - 20
2 stars - 35
3 stars - 40
4 stars - 60
5 stars - 80 (friends recommended)
After that, enjoy the EXP and loot (you can safely toss away dynite/armorite ore, it does basically fucking nothing and is more or less vendor trash)
3: Rare candies are most efficient on pokemon that just leveled up, and are at higher levels. EXP candies have the same EXP per item efficiency no matter what level/EXP the recipient is
