So were looking at a Diamond and Pearl gen because of Paul so we should be comparing their pokemon to the OverUsed pokemon list for DP. The only real question is does Gary get his game/manga counterpart Blue's pokemon along with his anime teams. Either way I'm pretty sure he wins.
