A) Baxcalibur is super relevant as a liability for it, since it resists Electric, isn't weak to Ice/Water/Grass, and is a tanky offensive threat that basically gets a free turn
B) Counter Tera can mean Regieleki isn't as safe as it thinks it is, since flipping up Ground Tera on the right mon can mean a KO on the failed Volt Switch
That being said, I do still think it'll be a pain because you're basically forced to build with it in mind. If the counter you decide to put on your team gets answered by Regieleki's Tera or is baited into low HP/KO by an adjacent setup sweeper, then it gets to run through your team anyway.
