You'd also need 25 candy to evolve into Kirlia and then 100 to Gardevoir. Each catch grants you 3 (increased to 6 if Pinap Berry is used).
If you want a shiny one, then I don't have any good news for you. And if you want a mega, then I have worse - not in plans for the current 3-months season which has just begun. And when it comes around (fuck knows when) you'd need a group of players to do the raid with you, as niantic nerfed remote raiding to oblivion and getting random people to help you is MUCH harder.
TL;DR don't do it, the game's only worth it for Community Days when you go ham catching shit with increased shiny odds which you then transfer into mainlines
