The way the Ashime ended absolutely vindicated Shudo, any of his fucking ideas would've been better. He was just too much of an actual writer and not just a corporate drone

Shudo was a great but never fully realized writer because there always were some corporate fags behind his back.
Sadly we always were just getting glimpse of his personality and soul that sometimes sipped through filtering of corporates. I'm curious what this man would do if he would be left to his own devices, free and unrestrained by third parties. Sadly, this wishful thinking is moot for 12 years now...

The Pokemon rebellion with Ash having to confront Pikachu
Ash being replaced with a new protag, which would've been the most logical and likely choice desu, a rotation of main characters each season
And Ash growing old, looking back at his adventures, and closing his eyes and waking up to be 10 again, The End
Still better than being naked with Pikachu in the bathtub

Worth noting that early, Japanese-only trailer for first movie showed character that may or may not be Ash's and Misty's daughter so there's also fourth planned ending for Pokemon where we would see adult Ash.

He wrote his own Pokemon books where he goes wild, but it shows he still needed to be reigned in at times for his ideas to fully work. There's that at least
