As for using the single prizers, Meloetta is the only option here and that involves laying 3-4 Fusion Strikes down, along with maybe a Choice Band or Power Tablets all in the second turn AND that's only IF the opponent isn't putting their Arceus in the front, so I need to expend that turn's Supporter for a Boss instead of Elesa.
