Regardless, I do think it's better for the AI to not be unnecessarily strong if it can't actually do anything particularly complex. Especially also for Pokemon, which struggles inherent with how imbalanced combat is in favor of human players.

Radagon has much more aggressive combos, punishes and gapclosers out the ass, more strict timing to avoid his attacks, whereas EB pretty much just has the Aldrich arrows and Elden Stars. He's more consistent and has less annoying mechanics yes, but he's definitely not easier most of the time.
