Some shit on it over viability, even though outside of the competitive scene any 'mon can be employed really well with NPC battle difficulty, casual battles and proper training. Others go at it over the design looking dumb or having tube arms, but a lot of older designs have featureless nubs and Spidops is good for an ogre-faced spider design.
