Actually, why not add multiple types of art for Pokemon and just let the player toggle through them? Like, why not let us make Pokemon in Home from the Virtual Console games use their original sprites? Why not sell gacha pulls or art packs for over the top fancy artwork for specific Pokemon from exclusive artists? Whales would pay for that shit, they'd make bank. Might even make enough that they could drop the subscription fee from the rest of us.
