I hate the lack of menu buttons for the touch screen more than the Rotomdex itself. Rotomdex is less annoying than the C-Gear, but not as fun as the Pokétch.

Me too. There’s so much post game stuff in USUM I missed becaus I just couldn’t stand the little fucker. I thought I could endure since Yay! Lillie stays, but her story is objectively inferior and they took her best moments away so why wouldn’t I just play SuMo as teary eyed as I get at the end when Rotom isn’t insufferable and Lillie has the best character arc in the mainline games?

Maybe I should look at it that way. If you don’t interact with it it gets bored and sad looking. I can just passive aggressively ignore it. Maybe that’ll allow me to play post game USUM, knowing I’m making the little fucker feel unwanted and worthless

It's weird that they've been pushing Rotom so hard but it's taken until Scarlet & Violet to make its forms available without any bullshit. No waiting until postgame, no events, just getting the item to change forms whenever you want.
