Factor in a smart guy like Goh would likely make use of mega evolution, Z-moves, and D/G-Max his Pokemon, and I could see him breaching the Top 100, especially if he continues to catch more and more Pokemon. Goh has shown too that he's good at watching and learning, and he's learned a lot from Ash about battling. It's just a question of whether he can continue to develop and refine his battle strategies.
