I suspect its an availability thing as they're still locked behind an event raid. Dlc will prob have them commonly caught like Roaring Moon and then they'll be legal.

I'm so fucking excited to try out TR with Ursaluna and H-Avalugg. Especially the latter, people shit on it but I think it's genuinely gonna be a menace under it with some Tera Steel to patch up it's weaknesses.

Pretty lame honestly, I thought they would split up the transfers more like they did with paradoxes and ruins. I'm also worried this acceleration means they're going to add restricted legendaries early next year again.

People sleep on HAvalugg as its more ideal to use a mon that isn't reliant on Tera to be useful. Mountain Gale + Rock Slide flinches does sound fun tho.
