Even without surgical intervention the results of hormone therapy can be devastating. Even if you want to detransition you can not just go back to having a healthy body. If you have mutilated your breasts and genitals there's no amount of detransitioning that will help you. Not only that, but the amount of people coopted into becoming transexual who commit suicide is extremely large.
This shit is preying on prepubescents, teenagers, and young adults right now, it is an issue.
