The Pokemon in question is too frail and doesn't hit as hard to compensate for it. This move would be better on other fighting Pokemon like Hitmonlee/chan or top. Heck I'd even argue h-decidueye would better utilize it since it has decent bulk and hits far harder

Victory dance, triple arrows, mountain gale, stone axe, and ceaseless edge are all very powerful moves. They're all just trapped on shitmons until Gen X.

Not with those stats. It'll drop by the next tier update and fade into irrelevancy when a good mon with ceaseless edge is made.

it's stats might be shit by your dumb standards, but if they're good enough to execute the mon's niche then that's all that matters.

I've seen split opinions. Some think it is quite deadly but the unreliability of hustle makes it a very risky mon.
Others find it too frail to find a good opportunity for a Victory Dance.
Gonna be interesting to see if the Chlorophyll version finds a good spot on Sun teams once the meta calms down a bit.
