Want to counter Rapid Spin? Use a Ghost type.
Want to block entry hazard damage? Use Heavy Duty Boots.
Want to counter a set-up sweeper? Use Taunt, Roar, Haze, or Whirlwind.
These work 100% of the time. You're not going to beat an evasion spammer with weak chip damage.
Also, you realize that the only time countering a strat would be worth it would be if the strat's used in over 50% of your games, right?
