I think if I owned a pikachu I would be afraid of it. It could fucking send me into cardiac arrest if it wanted. What pokemon would actually not be dangerous to have in your house?

i think he'd be safe to keep around
just sits around your house, probably acting like a toddler
only danger i can think of is him spilling oil everywhere or demanding too much care from caretakers but overall he won't send you into cardiac arrest

Most Pokemon can be made dangerous but only if they're trained to be so. A random lv. 4 shitmon off the street isn't doing anything a regular dog or cat wouldn't do, likewise neither is a Pokemon you raised as a pet.
A Pokemon has to be high level to become truly dangerous as well as have some actual malicious intent, a Sylveon you personally raised yourself is never going to hurt you, you're in much more danger from ghosts and shit trying to kill you when you go on walks at night.

As long as you don't abuse the Pokemon (and yes, that includes sexually abuse, so keep your dick in your damn pants) and lovingly care for it (food, water, a comfy place to relax/sit, pet it/rub its belly/ect...), most Pokemon would be safe to own, Pikachu included. As long as it doesn't feel threatened and as long as you don't neglect its physical and emotional wellbeing, it would have zero reason to attack you.
