>>53912115No the way it operated was good. Plenty of ghost/psychics could stay in and take the hit and dish back. It just potentially limited the amount of times a pokemon could spin block. If the spin blocker could beat its dark type trapper than that team was considered more prepared.
Also it was a good offensive tool against types that only has two weaknesses and pre-fairy some of the most neutral offense. The game is clearly affected by its missing presence as ghost types have dominated the game the last two gens.
Neutering it would make it not as powerful and would often miss target kos, weavile even on boosted damage could sometimes miss kos on fleeing mons and the latio/as and other ghost psychic types often have recovery.
