I don’t think Zelda is nearly as low quality as Pokémon historically. As for botw and totk vs SV, you have to remember that the former actually have environmental interactions, objects everywhere and animated characters. The assets are also much better across the board where it all actually matches the style of the game. SV has assets that feel like they’re pulled from a different game, the lag is horrendous yet there’s 1/1000th of shit going on, even the grass is flat.
I like botw more than I do totk simply because totk is just botw+, the depths are a cop out. IF totk had released without botw I wouldn’t criticise it as much. I try not to think about that negative point too much, because I genuinely enjoy whatever botw/totk has got going for it to make it work so well.
